This romantic and elegant anniversary card holds a personalised wooden engraved tree slice to celebrate you and your partner's relationship this Valentine's Day! The engraved wooden keepsake is made from a piece of ply wood to resemble a slice through a tree trunk and is engraved with your personalisation inside a cupid-struck heart, perfect for your husband or wife on your milestone.
Engrave the tree slice with your initials and anniversary date (optional) to make your anniversary card extra special. If it's your fifth anniversary this card makes a great wooden anniversary keepsake.
Personalise the wooden keepsake with just you and your partners initials, or choose to add a second line of text where you can put your anniversary date which will appear underneath.
