All orders are provided with an estimated Delivery date at the checkout. This date should also be stated in your order confirmation and dispatch notification emails. 

On each product page is a delivery date estimate, which details the delivery options for UK mainland deliveries (excluding highlands). For other delivery locations, please refer to our Delivery Information or the dates stated at the checkout.

Please note this is an estimate and we always recommend allowing 2 days between the estimated delivery date and the date you intend to give the gift.

Currently we only ship to UK addresses as standard.

If you would like to enquire about an international delivery, please use the contact form below with details of the products you would like to purchase and the delivery location and we can provide a shipping quote.

Please note our prices will not include taxes or fees that may be due in the destination country.

Your dispatch notification email will contain a tracking link, if you are having trouble with this link please get in touch using the contact form below.

Please make sure you have checked with your immediate neighbours and if the delivery address is an apartment building or building with shared spaces please check any shared locations that a delivery driver may have left the item before getting in touch.

Occasionally delivery companies do deliver items to the wrong address, if you are unable to locate the item please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist or issue a replacement if the item is unable to be located.

The designs for our products are largely automated and so will be produced exactly as entered when ordering. Please bear this in mind when formatting and entering your personalisation.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an error on the personalisation, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can amend the details before the order is made and sent.

If you receive an order with incorrect details we are always happy to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We will issue replacements or replacement parts at discounted rates where items have been ordered incorrectly.

Where an error has been made to your order during production, a replacement will be issued free of charge.

Whilst all of our products are made to order, the designs are produced within a template framework and so complete customisation is not always possible. 

If you would like to order something that is not possible using the personalisation & customisation fields provided on the product, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to put together a quote for a custom design. 

Please note we have a minimum fee of £10 for custom requests.
